Our “best on the market” policy:
Deposit is payable upon reservation. Full payment is due 90 days before departure.
All payments are refundable (minus any bank charges and processing fees) up to 6 months before departure.
In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before departure your payment can be used as credit against another tour departing within 2 years of the date of your cancelled tour. Alternatively we will refund your final payment minus bank charges. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the 10% deposit. This covers our administration costs.
